The Manager, Interactive Bear Marketing establishes and maintains the digital content tied to in-store product and marketing programs to drive Guest purchases through digital properties, as well as oversees the Bearville.com site development to ensure optimal play for Bearville Guest engagement. This role also guides and implements the overall directions and strategic plan for Build-A-Bear Workshop’s presence in kid's digital and assists in the facilitation of the overarching marketing strategy.
Responsibilities :
Provide daily support of website operations and special projects related to Search Engine Optimization including content management, design and function, keyword analytics, research, and home feature/category banner development
Oversee the content of bearville.com to ensure that content is brand and guest appropriate and develop Bearville.com events that encourages kids to visit the site and provide incentives to make purchases
Review surveys and feedback on forums to understand what is most compelling for our Guests and integrate their requests/preferences to Bearville.com
Participate in weekly/daily calls with developers and provide ongoing direction and ideas for content
Participate on marketing planning team to integrate and promote store events in Bearville and enhance engagement in Bearville.com through our internal marketing vehicles
Work with designers to ensure they have the proper assets for developing home feature
Manage online banners from planning to design to implementation and oversee day to day management of home online banner schedules (including copywriting, advising on design and prioritizing content) and marketing content on ecommerce sites
Prioritize custom landing page creation and content as well as evaluate marketing performance
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field and 4-5 years of interactive marketing experience
Project management skills
Strong verbal/written communication skills
Ability to prepare and present reports
Web analytics i.e. Google Analytics, Omniture
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to quality and excellence
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop and basic HTML

The Human Resource Manager position enriches the culture for our Bearhouse (regional distribution center) located in Groveport, OH.
Responsibilities :
Recruit exempt, non-exempt, and temporary labor positions
Develop and administer HR polices and procedures
Execute training programs
Support associate relations
Oversee benefit and payroll administration
Qualifications :
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
3 to 5 years of related experience in Human Resource management in a distribution or manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Federal and State employment regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with Lawson and Human Resource Information Systems is a plus
